Detailed information about the “SOCGOV 2026 – Digital Analysis for Smart Governance” international forum, organized by the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, has been published on the official website of the International Social Security Association (ISSA).

The information states that the forum, to be held in Khankendi on October 23, 2026, will serve as a global platform for promoting dialogue, cooperation, and innovation in the social sector. It notes that participants will have the opportunity to take part in high-level discussions, expand international partnerships, and explore innovative solutions aimed at improving the delivery of social services.

The ISSA website also highlights that applications are still open for the “AI4DOST Social Award 2026” international competition, which is part of the forum. The competition is organized in four main categories to support leading initiatives contributing to the development of the social sector.

The information further notes that applications are accepted until September 15, 2026, via the official website www.socgov.az, and that the winners will be announced at a ceremony held as part of the “SOCGOV 2026” forum.
