The SOCGOV Portal is an online platform created to provide information about the International Conference (“Conference”) and to enable users to register and apply for participation.

2.1. The Event Organizer collects personal data only for legitimate purposes related to providing and improving the Portal’s services and ensuring effective communication with users.

8.2. Upon expiration or termination of services, the Event Organizer will permanently delete or destroy personal data by:
- Physically destroying storage media in an unrecoverable manner; or
- Deleting data from digital systems using secure software methods ensuring irretrievability.
8.3. Before deletion, an internal review is conducted to determine whether the data must be retained for legal, recordkeeping, or operational purposes.
8.4. If no further retention is required, data will be deleted within one (1) month after the end of use.

9.1. The Event Organizer may revise this Policy periodically to reflect updates in legislation, internal practices, or provided services.
9.2. In the event of significant changes, users will be notified at least ten (10) days in advance via their personal account or by email.
9.3. The updated Policy shall take effect upon publication.
